Exclusive: Meet NoBrokenHearts Byrdie A.K.A. NBH Byrdie The Producer Taking The Alabama Music Scene By Storm!

NBH Byrdie; Daphne, Alabama

Q.) What is your name/stage name?

A.) “My name is Thomas Byrd, and my stage name is NBH Byrdie, or NoBrokenHearts Byrdie.

Q.) Where are you from?

A.) “I was born in Mobile, shout-out NoCap! But I was raised and currently live in Daphne.

Q.) What is your favorite thing about living there?

A.) “My favorite thing about living here is just that: living HERE. The reason I say that is because I’ve made dumb decisions in my life, yet my family still accepts me.

Q.) How about your least favorite part?

A.) “Honestly, if you want the real answer, my least favorite part about living here is the people. Constantly staring, constantly trying to bring me down. But I stay up.

Q.) How have you been?

A.) “Physically: I’m tired. Stress is outrageous these days. Mentally: my mind is racing constantly, so I’m always on the move. And emotionally: I’m drained. Honestly, the reason I say that is because of the people I surround myself with. Tired doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel.

Q.) If you could go anywhere or do anything where or what would it be?

A.) “If I could do anything I wanted, it would be to give my mom a house she wouldn’t have to pay for so that my mom, my dad, and my brother James could be happy. That’s all I want.

Q.) Tell me this, if you could have any superpower what would that be and why?

A.) “Super strength. I say that because I’m weak, if you can’t tell. It’d be GREAT to be able to lift more than 80 pounds!

Q.) Is there anything you have in the works that you’re willing to share with us?

A.) “Currently, I’m working with a low-key record label outta New York! So, hopefully in the next few months, you may hear a song or two from me. I’m currently just a producer.

Q.) When did you realize a career in music was what you’d be pursuing and what made you realize that?

A.) “When I was 15, I kept using this app on my computer called Stage Light. It really got me thinking, “What if this is my destiny? What if this is the reason I’m alive?” Then, from there, I bought FL Studio at age 16 and started making real beats.

Q.) Is there anything you’ve accomplished this far in your music career that surprised even yourself?

A.) “I’ve made a beat out of Adele’s song “Fire to the Rain”. If that’s not an accomplishment… I don’t know what is.

Q.) With that said, I already know you can’t tell us directly but is there any sort of hint as to what your next big move may be you’re willing to drop?

A.) “I plan on signing soon, if God says the same. Then, after that, I’m going to start my own record label, NBH Records.

Q.) Given its harsh demeanor, what is one of the better parts of being in the music industry for you personally?

A.) “The best part of being in the music industry isn’t the people. It’s the music itself. I’ve been scammed out of $100 by my own cousin a year ago. Wack.

Q.) Any plans for visuals?

A.) “Yes and no. Considering I’m a music producer, no. But the fact that I have written songs to my own beats?? Absolutely. I plan on recording soon once I get my official set up.

Q.) What should fans be on the lookout for?

A.) “More beats, more music, and more lyrics.

Q.) Any specific note you want to end this on?

A.) “Keep your head up. If someone talks down to you about the things you do to better yourself, let them talk their talk, and you just do your thing. Don’t let anyone bring you down or throw you away like I did. Always strive for better.
