1. What’s your name? I go by Scotti, or my stage name “Biscotti”2. Where are you from? I was born and raised in Kansas City Missouri. Grew up in the hood and went to high school in the suburbs of Kansas3. How old are you? 18 years old4 .When did you start making music I dropped my first song 2 years ago on soundcloud, it’s still my most popular song with the most plays and interactions on soundcloud.5. How serious are you about your career? Not a day goes by without me thinking about my career, and the steps I need to take in order to make it there. This is truly a passion for me.6. Have you ever thought about quitting music? Of course all artists have their doubts when things aren’t going the way they want them to. It’s natural, but ultimately I could never see myself giving up music for good. I hold it too close to my heart and it is too special for me to ever throw away.7. Who inspires you the most? I would have to say I’m inspired by the legends who have set the stage in the industry for decades. I look up to guys like Cole, Kendrick, Ye, Drake, and others. Some of the newer artists that made me feel like my dreams are reachable were guys like Juice WRLD, and XXXTENTACION8.What got you into making music? I’ve always been heavily into music, even since I was a child. I used to always freestyle with my brother when I was in middle school, and over time I started seeing more people I know make music, so I thought why not give it a shot?9.Who is your favorite producer? Gotta be Pierre Bourne easily. His sound just has a way of connecting to me in such a deep way, and I respect his art to the highest extent.10. What is one of your best songs/beats? My best song that’s been released so far has to be my most recent single, “Ain’t nun to it”. I have a lot more songs with deeper meanings that I listen to as a way of therapy for me, but the best sounding song I have has to be the latest one I’ve dropped.11. Are you signed to a record or label? I am not signed to a label or record yet. 12. Have you ever performed? I’ve performed a handful of times and it’s something I absolutely love and admire about myself. The way I can get on stage and make my presence felt and seen is something crazy. I genuinely think i’ll be one of the better performers of my generation13. Who would you most likely collaborate with? If we’re talking guys in the industry, I think my sound would mesh well with someone like Gunna, I’m known for my wavy flows and never making a song boring, and I think people look at Gunna in a similar light.14. If you could open for any artist who would it be? I would love to open for J cole. I’ve always taken that man’s words to heart and respected his work so heavily. It would be a real honor to do a show with him one day, I think that would put everything in perspective for me and I’d finally realize I made it.15. What’s next for you? This year will be a great year for my music, I can feel it. Lots of music videos, performances, and more things just to get my name buzzing more. I see this year and the years to come being really exciting for me.
