Stacey Monique is an Actress, Singer & Songwriter from the Bronx NY. She grew up listening to artists such as: The Commodores, The Temptations, Stevie Wonder, Gladys Knight & The Pips, Aretha Franklin, The SOS Band, and Rene& Angela. These are some of the artists her Parents & Grandparents would listen to at home. So she developed her love of music around the age of 5, and music became a part of her soul. She began to learn the songs on the radio word for word and knew them all by heart, and would sing them all. For years she had a fear of singing in front of people, but in 1986 her HS had a talent show and she put her fears aside and went and auditioned. She sang Jean Carne’s “ Closer than close” and received a standing ovation. That was the start of her music journey and her putting her fears aside of singing in front of people. Stacey Monique began acting 6years ago and she landed the role of Sandra in the award winning webseries Thebitchin4b. She released the title track Thebitchin4b in Nov 2021. The series is scheduled to be released in a month or two.
