A wide-angle view of a sleek, ultra-modern Beverly Park mansion at golden hour—floor-to-ceiling glass, minimalist lines, and lush landscaping—contrasted subtly with a preserved classic swimming pool featuring a Rocky-era statue.
Adele is rewriting the story of one of Beverly Hills’ most famous homes. The Grammy-winning artist has dramatically transformed the estate she purchased from Sylvester Stallone in 2022—so much so that the property is now almost unrecognizable.
According to reports, Adele’s renovation has stripped the mansion down to its bones, erasing nearly every hallmark of the former owner’s Mediterranean-style vision. The original terracotta roofing and Old World aesthetic are gone, replaced by a strikingly modern design defined by clean lines and expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap the property in light.
The scale of the project is massive. Costs are expected to exceed $50 million (£37.2 million), roughly matching the price Adele paid for the home in the first place. It’s shaping up to be one of the most ambitious celebrity renovations currently underway in Los Angeles.
One piece of Hollywood history has survived the overhaul: the iconic swimming pool. The pool still features a statue of Stallone in his legendary Rocky Balboa pose—a nod to the home’s cinematic past amid its ultra-contemporary future.
Located in the exclusive Beverly Park, the mansion sits within a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone. That designation brings added complexity, requiring specialized fire-resistant materials such as “cool roof” systems and other safety upgrades. Construction, overseen by Valle Reinis, has been ongoing since January 2022, with regional wildfires earlier this year reportedly contributing to delays.
Once complete, the reimagined home will be shared by Adele, her teenage son from her marriage to Simon Konecki, and her fiancé, sports agent Rich Paul.
The result promises to be a bold fusion of privacy, safety, and modern luxury—proof that Adele isn’t just renovating a house, but redefining a landmark.
