The track’s meteoric rise was propelled by a viral TikTok dance, captivating audiences and earning a remix featuring the renowned Travis Scott, further elevating its international reach.
Tyla, at just 21 years old, now holds the distinction of being the youngest South African soloist in 55 years to secure a coveted spot on the Billboard Hot 100. The song’s enduring appeal is evident as it enjoys its 14th week on the chart, currently holding the impressive position of No. 7.
