San Antonio, Texas, has its share of talent, but few artists can say they’ve been putting in work for over two decades like BLACKOUTT. A rap artist and entertainer with 20+ years in the game, BLACKOUTT has built his craft on dedication, real-life inspiration, and a deep love for Southern hip-hop.
His journey began with KERMITT “NONE OF MY BUSINEZZ”, a project that set the tone for the unapologetic, straight-shooting artist he would become. Drawing influence from Southern legends like UGK, T.I., Eightball & MJG, and the Geto Boyz, BLACKOUTT embodies that raw, unfiltered style while carving out his own voice. His biggest inspirations, though, are closer to home—his kids, who continue to fuel his passion.
Over the years, he has collaborated with artists such as AMB EZ and High-Strung, showing his versatility and willingness to push boundaries. His latest single, I Said What I Said, stays true to his brand of fearless honesty, while his upcoming project, No More Fuxx 2 Give, promises to be a bold statement of resilience and evolution.
BLACKOUTT’s performances speak volumes about his presence. One of his career highlights came in 2008 at 98.5 Tha Beat Bash, where he performed for a massive crowd of over 20,000 people—proof that his energy resonates on big stages. Looking ahead, he dreams of performing in Dubai and touring with artists like Travis Scott, Meek Mill, and Wiz Khalifa.
Though unsigned, BLACKOUTT remains focused on securing a distribution deal while keeping full creative control. He writes his own material, envisions his own video concepts, and continues to refine his sound with different producers.
In five years, he sees himself successful in music and in a stronger financial position—proof that decades of dedication always pay off.
