The Story: Punk Dreams on the Road
Billed as “a wild road trip comedy,” the film follows three small-town teens chasing their biggest dream—opening for Green Day. The fictional garage band, The Analog Dogs, thinks they’ve finally made it after handing over their demo tape. But plot twist—it was all a prank. Instead of giving up, the kids grab a taxi and set off from Kansas to California, dead set on making their fantasy a reality.

The teaser opens with two teens in a smoke-filled room, reminiscing about the day they “almost opened up for Green Day.” From there, the energy skyrockets, backed by the band’s 2004 anthem “Holiday.” The montage shows their chaotic road trip, from awkward adventures to full-on madness, all leading to an epic concert moment featuring Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Tré Cool.
