From Oakland, California, Kriada—aptly pronounced “creator”—has spent years shaping his craft as a writer, singer, and rapper. With over 25 years of experience making music, including the last six shared publicly, his journey reflects persistence, faith, and a deep love for authentic expression.
Kriada’s first public release, Knock It Down, opened the door for him to share his voice with the world. Since then, he has remained committed to delivering music that carries meaning. His biggest inspiration is God, and that influence resonates through both his lyrics and his mindset. While he hasn’t released collaborations yet, Kriada thrives on building his sound solo, often presenting tracks as “Kriada featuring Kriada.”
His catalog includes powerful songs like Heaven, a raw and heartfelt dedication to his younger sister who tragically passed away in 2021. Unlike most polished studio tracks, Heaven was left unfiltered and unpolished, intentionally preserving the emotion in his voice. Currently, he is working on All BS Aside (My Love), which has already sparked curiosity through previews shared on his profile.
As the founder of Bay Rhythmz Entertainment, Kriada stands as an independent artist with his own platform. While open to deals, he insists any partnership must be fair and beneficial. He produces his own music and conceptualizes his own videos, keeping creative control at the core of his artistry.
Dreaming of one day performing alongside icons like E-40, Drake, Faith Evans, and Chris Brown, Kriada also hopes to perform wherever good music is welcomed. Though he hasn’t yet performed live, the vision of sharing his art on stage fuels his motivation.
