Currently, Kidd Fresh is working on an ambitious set of releases—three EPs titled Empire, Black and White, and Black Sheep. One of his proudest career moments was collaborating with actor and artist Omar Gooding. Kidd Fresh describes him as a great mentor figure who showed him that with hard work, anything is possible.
Behind the scenes, Kidd Fresh draws inspiration from his family. His sister, who also serves as his manager, keeps him grounded, while his faith and devotion to the Bible guide his journey. Even with his rising career, her stays balanced by prioritizing family, proudly reminding us that he’s a parent first.
Like many artists, his journey has had turning points. The loss of his mother in 2023 almost led him to walk away from music. But remembering her unwavering support gave him strength to continue. “She’s the reason I found my voice,” she shares.
