Angela Yee has spoken out about Jess Hilarious’ recent on-air outburst on The Breakfast Club, offering a measured perspective on the situation. Speaking with FOX 5, the former Breakfast Club host acknowledged the pressures that come with being in radio, particularly when social media amplifies tensions.
“A lot of times, it is social media that tends to get people riled up,” Yee explained. “Outside forces. It’s not what’s in the room, but that’s what makes tensions sometimes build.”
Despite the controversy surrounding Hilarious’ remarks, Yee doesn’t believe the comedian’s career will suffer. Instead, she sees value in open confrontations and resolution. “What is good,” she added, “is when you can have a blow-up and work through it.”
