DJ Cassidy has officially announced the nationwide tour, which will kick off on May 12 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The tour is based on his popular viral series that celebrates and unites music artists by featuring a medley of their respective hits.

Some of the biggest names in the music industry are set to join the tour, including Fabolous, Lil Kim, and Ma$e. Ashanti and 112 are also among the list of performers that will grace the stage. DJ Cassidy expressed his excitement and emotions as he announced the series of one-night-only ‘Pass The Mic Live!’ events that he has been dreaming of.

“I am overwhelmed with excitement and emotion as I announce the first in a series of one-night-only’ Pass The Mic Live!’ events,” DJ Cassidy said in a press release. “Transforming a show that began in my living room into a live arena concert is simply surreal. I am so honored to be uniting yet another iconic list of my musical heroes, this time live on stage, and I am so grateful for the Black Promoters Collective, whose grand vision, foresight, and experience, is my guiding light.”

Shelby Joyner, the president of the Black Promoters Collective, expressed her honor in partnering with DJ Cassidy, adding that the tour is sure to be one of the most epic events of the year.

Presale tickets for the tour are currently on sale with the code SJPRESENTS, while the general sale will start on Friday, March 9, at 10:00 a.m. ET on Ticketmaster.
