DJ Envy’s legal woes related to his real estate ventures appear to be escalating as fresh reports suggest that law enforcement officials paid an unexpected visit to his workspace in the heart of New York City.
On Wednesday, October 18, NBC investigative journalist Sarah Wallace disclosed that federal agents had conducted a search at the iHeartRadio office. The operation targeted electronic equipment housed in the company’s Midtown Manhattan establishment, which also serves as the home base for The Breakfast Club radio show.
“Our inside source has informed us that federal authorities visited the iHeartRadio offices and removed electronic equipment as part of their ongoing investigation,” she explained.
