Out of Riverdale, Georgia comes Huncho Markk—a young artist who’s rewriting the script. Formerly known as UTMR PlugHunxho, he’s dropped the old name to match his new vision, now rolling with manager Dillon Cash at Swaggertown Records and Colossal Records. The change is more than just a rebrand; it’s a statement.
Marquavious Bohannon, born July 21, 2003, grew up in Atlanta surrounded by classic R&B and soul—think Mint Condition and Erykah Badu—thanks to his parents. That foundation gave him an appreciation for real music, but Huncho found his own voice through influences like Chris Brown, Future, and Lil Wayne.
In 2021, Huncho made his debut with “Pain In My Cup,” a deeply personal single that connected with listeners hungry for authenticity. The song’s organic buzz laid the groundwork for what’s next. Knowing he had to step up, he reintroduced himself as Huncho Markk—a name that reflects his growth and ambition.
His first time on stage was in 2024, performing “Blessing Me” alongside Dvybez at a charity event. The performance showed he’s ready to move beyond the studio and command live audiences.
October 4, 2024, marked the release of his debut mixtape Humbled Youngin, a project that tells his story with honesty and grit.
Huncho Markk isn’t here to follow trends or copy other artists. Every lyric is lived experience. With a strong team and clear focus, he’s aiming for stages where the crowd already knows every word.
From Riverdale to bigger stages, Huncho Markk is primed to make his mark—and this is just the beginning.
