A Decade Later, Revival Still Hits
Selena Gomez is giving her fans a reason to celebrate this fall. Her 2015 album Revival—the project that gave us undeniable bangers like “Good for You,” “Same Old Love,” and “Hands to Myself”—is officially getting the deluxe vinyl treatment for its 10-year anniversary.
Back when it dropped on October 9, 2015, Revival debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and held it down on the charts for an impressive 69 weeks. The album marked a turning point in Selena’s career, cementing her as more than just a former Disney star and showing the world she was stepping into her own lane.
What’s on the Deluxe Vinyl?
For the first time ever, fans can cop the Revival Deluxe Edition on vinyl, exclusively through Selena’s webstore. The maroon-colored LP comes with a fresh album cover and a photo insert of Gomez. The deluxe tracklist features 14 songs, including bonus cuts “Me & My Girls,” “Nobody,” and “Perfect,” which weren’t part of the standard release. (Hardcore fans will notice that “Outta My Hands (Loco)” and “Cologne” didn’t make the cut this time.)
Mark Your Calendars
Pre-orders are already live, and shipping starts October 3—just a few days before the actual 10-year mark. Fun fact: that’s also the same day Taylor Swift is set to drop The Life of a Showgirl. A busy weekend for music lovers, no doubt.
Selena’s Personal Touch
Selena announced the vinyl on X (formerly Twitter), telling fans: “This is my Revival… This is the very first time the Revival Deluxe album is available on vinyl and I’m so excited for you to have the entire collection.”
With everything going on in her life—including wedding planning with Benny Blanco—Selena still found time to honor the project that helped shape her career. And for fans who’ve been riding with her since day one, this vinyl feels like a collector’s piece worth the wait.
