Public Enemy Reunites for Surprise “Fight The Power” Performance at BMAC Fundraiser

Public Enemy brought the revolution to the stage with an unexpected performance of “Fight The Power” at the Black Music Action Coalition’s (BMAC) Restore & Rebuild L.A. fundraiser on January 29.

Held at Delilah in West Hollywood, the event featured appearances from legendary producers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, best known for their groundbreaking work with Janet Jackson. The night also honored the latest recipients of the Music Maker Grants, with Sapphyre Bardot and Najaya Ruffin receiving this year’s awards.

Chuck D and Flavor Flav’s reunion reminded everyone why Public Enemy’s message remains just as relevant today, as the duo electrified the crowd with their timeless anthem for social justice.
