Ricko $uave is about to take over the rap game. Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the real name Broderick has already created his own lane in the industry at only 24 years old. His music speaks volumes to his character, touching on real-life experiences, trials and tribulations, love and heartbreak, and pushing through hard times.

“My real name is Broderick”
Why music?, how did you find this passion
“I’ve always loved music, I love variety and listen to music while I’m doing everything, I came to a point where it was hard to find more songs I liked so I started creating my own, I always thought it was fun singing and rapping growing up my mom would play the radio all the time and took me to a few concerts and I was inspired and I wanted it to be me up there”
Are there any artists in the industry you would want to work with?
“Some artists I’d like to collab with would be Trippie Redd, NBA Youngboy, and YSN Flow”
Would you ever open for a big artist, if so who would it be
“If I could open for any artist I would like to open for Trippie Redd”
Message to your fans?
“A message to all my fans would be don’t give up on your dreams no matter what it is, who’s judging you or the roadblocks in the way, if you want to make something happen you will”
How did you get into music?
I got into music by hearing instrumentals on YouTube and recording off my phone next to a speaker and thought it was fun and somewhat seemed easy to me so I took it to the next step

“I have 4 siblings 3 brothers and 1 sister, I’m the oldest (24 years old”)
Where are you from ?
I’m from Minneapolis Minnesota
At what age did you start making music?,
“I started making music when I was 15 years old
I first stepped into a Real studio in 2018 but before that I was using home studios a lot all over.”
When do you plan on dropping an album & send a message to your fans
“My next album is set to drop on February 26th 2022
