John Legend is bringing together soulful vocals and sharp-edged hip-hop with “Bodies On The Floor,” a new collaboration featuring Clipse members Pusha T and No Malice. The track is part of Muse, Legend’s upcoming collaborative album with Pharrell Williams, which is set to arrive on October 23, 2026.
Legend recently previewed the song during an appearance on Joe & Jada, the show hosted by Fat Joe and Jadakiss. The reaction gave listeners an early glimpse of the record, which pairs the Grammy-winning singer with two of rap’s most recognizable lyricists.
Clipse’s involvement makes the collaboration particularly exciting. Pusha T and No Malice have continued to earn attention following their return with Let God Sort Em Out, their acclaimed 2025 album produced by Pharrell. Their appearance alongside Legend brings together artists whose creative relationships with Pharrell have helped shape some memorable moments in hip-hop and R&B.
Pharrell’s role on Muse is especially significant. Beyond producing music for Clipse, he has maintained a long-running creative partnership with Legend, helping connect the singer’s smooth vocal style with varied sounds and musical influences. The new project offers another opportunity for that chemistry to shine.
“Bodies On The Floor” also highlights the appeal of cross-genre collaborations when artists bring distinct strengths to the same record. Legend is known for his expressive vocals and melodic songwriting, while Pusha T and No Malice are respected for their detailed storytelling and direct delivery. With Pharrell involved, the collaboration brings together three established creative forces.
The song arrives as Clipse continue building momentum following their comeback, while Legend adds another major collaboration to his catalog. For fans of Pharrell’s production and the duo’s lyricism, the track is one of the notable releases attached to Muse.
With the album arriving October 23, listeners will soon be able to hear how “Bodies On The Floor” fits into the larger project. The collaboration has already generated interest thanks to its lineup, and the full release should give fans a better sense of what Legend and Pharrell have created together.
