Can you describe your journey to your current position?
“My journey to where I am today required me to work harder than I had ever imagined and remain consistent.”
Where did you grow up?
“I was born in Broward County but have lived in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Cobb County in Georgia. I currently reside in Atlanta.”
When did you start pursuing music seriously?
“I started taking music seriously almost a year ago, although I had been experimenting with it since my senior year of high school.”
How did you get into music?
“I got into music simply by being surrounded by it my entire life. I looked and lived like a rapper before I even entered the studio, so it felt like a natural fit for me.”
What is the most challenging obstacle you’ve faced in your life?
“Throughout my life, I’ve encountered various challenges, such as financial difficulties and a lack of support from my family when pursuing my dreams. Additionally, quitting basketball right before college and not knowing what to do next was difficult. It was either the streets or rapping.”
Are you currently signed with a record label, or are you independent?
“I am currently an independent artist, but I’m in talks with several record labels.”
Who do you look up to musically?
“I’m not specifically inspired by anyone, but I have been listening to certain artists more than others lately, which might influence the melodies I create. However, I have a unique sound that does not mimic anyone else.”
What do you hope listeners take away from your music?
“I strive to create music that makes people feel good and confident, even if they don’t already feel that way. My music can lift your mood and energize you.”
Do you have any upcoming releases?
“I recently dropped a single and video called “MAKE A WI$H,” and my album will be released on Halloween.”
What is your proudest achievement as a musician?
“My proudest accomplishments so far have been receiving co-signs from Rick Ross and Trina, as well as meeting with various record labels and having professional athletes reach out to me. A year ago, I never expected things to happen as they have.”
